O here ye, local EUGanauts! SAMMITCH is here to break the mold, leaving traditional sandwich design behind by combining local ingredients with a new Sammitch style and sauce. It's all in the preparation, givin' those buds the thrill they have been waiting for at the price you want to pay. Local food, in a local place, with a local's attitude at a local pace.

Sammitches -$7.00

Choice of lettuce, tomato, and cheddar, provolone, or havarti cheese

The ORGASmitch" 50/50 Meatloaf Burger:

Freshly ground beef and ground bacon mixed with sautéed celery, carrot, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, combined with bread crumbs, sun-dried tomatoes, egg, and diced provolone cheese.

The Turkey Gobbler:

Ground turkey, dried cranberries, and Stovetop stuffing is mixed with mushrooms, onions, garlic, and eggs, topped with deep fried carrots.

Stop and Go Chicken Burger:

Freshly ground chicken breast mixed with red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, green jalapeño, green artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. This is mixed with egg, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and breadcrumbs.

Vegan Bean-in-Burger:

Black, garbanzo, and kidney beans lightly pureed and combined with carrots, celery, onion, corn, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, jalapeños, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Blended oatmeal is added along with sage, thyme and oregano.

Mamma's Tuna Melt:

Northwest tuna combined with sautéed onions, celery, carrots, garlic, dill, lemon, salt and pepper, mixed with breadcrumbs, and eggs.


Cheese of your choice melted on bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Green Goddess sauce (avocado lime cilantro spread) Add Egg +$1.00

Samínís -$7.00

Choice of Dave's Killer Bread or ciabatta bread, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar, provolone, or havarti cheese.


Sliced turkey, melted brie cheese, sliced peaches and Presto Pesto.


Mozzarella, feta, havarti, cheddar, provolone, and brie cheeses.

Veggie Greekin:

Cucumber, Kalamata olives, and red onion with raspberry vinaigrette. OPTIONAL FETA!! (VEGAN)

Gone Clubbin'!!:

Sliced ham, turkey, and BACON, sun dried tomatoes and havarti.

Beefy Roastard:

Freshly sliced roast beef, with sautéed onions in dijon mustard, topped with halved apricots and feta.


Freshly sliced ham and pineapple grilled, with brie cheese.


Mushroom CRUNCH!:

Vegan battered mushrooms deep fried

Carrot Fries:

ORGANIC Carrots in vegan batter deep fried.

Battered mozzarella string cheese sticks deep fried.

Flashy EnSalada:

Any combination of mushroom, red onion, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, cucumber, carrot, tomato, and olives sautéed in special oil and flash cooled, then topped with dressing of your choice.




Good Moodie Smoothie:

NO CHOICE in the wonderful combination of strawberries, mango, papaya, pineapple, raspberries, peaches, grapes, bananas, blackberries, açai berry juice, orange juice, and/or carrot juice.



Topped with whipped cream and/or marionberry syrup

Nanna Smasher:

Mashed bananas with graham cracker and Nutella spread, pan fried. -$4.00


Peanie Buttah Jammy Time:

Smuckers strawberry jam, Adams all natural peanut butter, white bread. -$3.00



Put some Nutella spread and marshmallow fluff with a graham cracker between white bread and pan fry. -$4.00


Deep Fried OREO's or Nutterbutter's:

Oreo's or Nutterbutter's + batter + hot oil = EPIC.

Chipotle, spicy mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, cumin

From the outside, Casey Brooks' food cart looks like it belongs in the 1970s.

With bright, spray-painted flowers in an array of vivid colors and an assorted genre of music blaring from the inside, Brooks keeps his food, kitchen and atmosphere as colorful as himself.
